Korean Gummies Review is an independent publication covering the Korean beauty supplement category: korean gummies, the products sold under the korean gelatin name, and gummies for skin in general.

How we evaluate a product

We do one thing, and we do it carefully: we read what is actually on the label and check it against the evidence.

• The label first. Every nutrient, and the exact chemical form of each one. A formula that hides behind a proprietary blend tells us something before we read anything else.
• The evidence second. Each ingredient is checked against the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements and the peer-reviewed literature on PubMed. We name every source next to the ingredient it belongs to.
• The offer third. We open the checkout and record the real price of every kit, the shipping terms and the guarantee, as they stand on the day of writing.
• The billing terms. We check whether a purchase is a one-time payment or a subscription, because in this category that is where most of the trouble lives.

What we say about ingredients, and what we do not

When we write that a nutrient supports something, we are describing what that nutrient does in the body, as documented in the sources we link. A vitamin having a role in keratin production is a fact about the vitamin. It is not a promise about what any product will do for any individual person, and we never write it as one.

Numbers and sources

If we cannot name a source for a number, the number does not go on the page. Prices come from the checkout, ingredients come from the label, and research comes from NIH and PubMed.
